Lower cabinet noise

The technological cabinet with a dedicated cooling space for KSBM4/P series batteries is designed for placing 19″ technologies in an outdoor environment with the possibility of maintaining a constant temperature for the batteries and forced ventilation of the heat loss of the installed technology depending on the surrounding weather conditions. The stable temperature of the battery compartment is solved without the use of air conditioning, with semiconductor technology using the Peltier principle, which ensures lower operating costs for energy and a reduction in cabinet noise.

Designed for powering, backing up and placing telecommunication technologies in an outdoor environment with low noise, with regard to ecology, saving electricity and preserving the longest possible life of batteries.

The double-shell cabinet with insulation in the standard version includes:

  • Three lockable doors, two doors (back and side, for wiring) with 3-point lock and front door for access to technology and batteries with 4-point lock.
  • The power part with DC and AC distribution according to the customer’s requirements, with the possibility of installing a main switch, overvoltage protection, a service socket with a circuit breaker, etc.
  • Four design options:
    • KSBM4/P – 4 shelves – In the ventilated part, a 19″ rack 9U for placing the power supply and technology. In the air-conditioned part, space for 3x battery set 48 V DC with 12 V front terminal type batteries max. 180 Ah or 2x battery set 48 V DC with classic 6 V batteries max. 180 Ah.
    • KSBM4/P – 3 shelves – In the ventilated part 19″ rack 9U + 7U for the location of the power supply and technology. In the air-conditioned part, space for 3x battery set 48V DC with 12V front terminal type batteries max. 180Ah or 1x battery set 48V DC with classic 6V batteries max. 180 Ah.
    • KSBM4/P – 2 shelves – In the ventilated part 19″ rack 9U + 17U for the location of the power supply and technology. In the air-conditioned part, space for 2x battery set 48 V DC with 12 V front terminal type batteries max. 180Ah or 1x battery set 48 V DC with classic 6 V batteries max. 180 Ah.
    • KSBM4/P – without shelves – In the ventilated part 19″ rack 36U for placing technology.
  • A dedicated battery compartment with a separate cooling unit using thermoelectric cooling with forced air circulation by a fan, which is controlled by a separate control board that regulates the fan when there is a temperature difference in the upper and lower parts of the battery compartment.
  • Suitable for several types of batteries.
  • Technological space ventilated by a fan in the cabinet door, the speed of which is regulated by the temperature of the ventilated space.
  • LED portable lighting 230 V AC with switch.
  • Filters in the door against the ingress of dust into the cabinet space with easy handling during replacement.
  • Ventilation holes equipped with an insect net.
  • Roof for outdoor use, with eyelets for handling the cabinet using a lifting device.
  • The possibility of connecting photovoltaic panels up to 2 kWpeak installed power.
  • 7x cable outlet PG21 + 3x cable outlet PG9.
  • Pedestal with holes that can be manipulated to the sides for fixing the cabinet to the supporting structure.
